Small Groups Fall Workshop

Save the date of OCTOBER 1, 2011 for our small groups fall workshop.  We will be combining with the Small Groups Ministry at Eastview Christian Church for a morning of fellowship and wonderful learning sessions from 8-12:30.

There will be a general session, two “break-out” sessions, and a continental breakfast and lunch provided.  The break-out sessions include:

-Ministry Between the Meetings
-The Art of Delegation and Empowerment
-The Heart of a Shepherd
-Engaging Environments for Spiritual Growth
-Your First Small Group: Family
-Leading Through Conflict

The privilege of this experience is a rich opportunity to spiritually feed your servant’s heart.   One of your responsibilities and joys as a small group leader is to take advantage of the leadership training that we offer each fall.
