Before Jesus’ birth, Mary sings about how God will lift up the humble, and bring down the powerful.  This is good news for the humble, but not so good news for the powerful.  How, then, should those on top of the social hierarchy live?  This sermon draws on imagery and characters from the TV show “Glee.
